Stelios Procopiou – Founder, Director
Stelios is a First Class Honors Graduate of Imperial College, London, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), a CFA Charterholder member of the CFA Institute and a holder of the Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification and member the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), holding the practising certificates for the provision of accounting, audit and corporate administration services and holds the advanced certification by CySEC for all investment services and activities.
Stelios has 20 years of experience in the financial sector and specialises in financial modelling, corporate finance and investment planning.
Constantinos Papamichael – Senior Manager
Constantinos is a Graduate of the University of Cyprus, a Holder of a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lancaster and a Fellow Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), holding the practising certificates for the provision of accounting and audit services.
Constantinos has more than 18 years of professional experience and specialises in audit and assurance.
Ermis Petsas – Manager
Ermis is a Graduate of the University of Piraeus, a Holder of an MBA from the Old Dominion University in the US and a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant, member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Ermis has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector and specialises in financial reporting and tax planning.
